When I logged into Club Penguin today, I noticed that my Elite Penguin Force Spy Phone had received a message yesterday from Jet Pack Guy. This week's message is about Herbert and Klutzy. Herbert P. Bear, Esquire is a Club Penguin fugitive who tends to cause a lot of damage on his quest to make Club Penguin warm enough for him. Klutzy is also a fugitive, but who tends not to cause damage. Klutzy only helps Herbert out. Now that you know more about them, check out this week's Spy Phone message.
Agents! I have a confirmed sighting. Repeat, Klutzy found Herbert. This ain't good.
